As a Lead Developer, you'll manage your own software projects, mentor fellow developers, and contribute to discussions on tech and innovation. This role is a crucial part of our expansion strategy, offering progression to a Principal Developer position within three years.

The Role

• Lead and manage software application projects from inception to delivery.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, enhancing team productivity.

• Engage in tech discussions and contribute innovative ideas.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

The Person

• Minimum two years of full-stack development experience; any tech stack is welcome.

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

• Passionate about technology and eager to explore various tech projects.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• Open to learning and adapting to new languages and tools on the job.
